It does not recognize the sound card, I installed the driver randomly, I configured everything correctly in the BIOS, it still does not work. In safe mode, I enabled the driver through the registry, the sound worked. what do you advise ?

You need to make sure that the native driver is installed and it is the only one, otherwise there may be a conflict
. It also happens that third-party programs occupy the sound output process, because of which you will not hear anything either
