Why is the size larger / smaller than the real one in Photoshop?

Greetings
I ran into a problem, I create a new file in Photoshop with a size of, for example, 300px - 300px, and for some reason it is displayed 2 times smaller than the real one, and let's say I took a screenshot of 500x500 to check, but when I insert it into Photoshop and measure the dimensions, its dimensions 1000x1000
PS photoshop latest version for Mac
I am attaching a screenshot of a button from the toster site, where the actual size of this button through the source code is 162x37; and when I paste it into photoshop it is 2 times larger

I suspect it's Retina. Climb into the properties, see how the display is configured, if there are any special settings for the display or plugins.
