How to make programs see Roboto Regular?

When opening documents in Photoshop or Illustrator, I get a message that the Roboto Regular font is not installed in the system. The font was installed along with others from the Roboto family, no errors, however, in the Control Panel-Fonts-Roboto there is everything except Regular. If you install it in a new way, Windows swears that it is already installed. What could be?

Apparently, this is Roboto, only Regular, i.e. the usual size, and most likely, you really set it before, since Windows does not know how to joke.
