If you open the page with the inspector, you will see that all the blocks on the site are empty

By clicking on the link, everything is there that you have in the code (HTML, JS, CSS) P.S. DIV, not DIB.
Also, loading of fonts is blocked on the page and the livereload.js file has the wrong path, it doesn't load at all...

Well, because the HTML is completely empty. Somewhere on the server you have a jamb, HTML is not generated.
