Why is the site not opening on GitHub?

Why doesn't the site https://pavelfedorov2000.github.io/DHL/ open from github? And not only this one, but everything from the repository. Writes "creating a secure connection in the lower left corner", but the link does not follow. Doesn't open on phone either.
With the Internet, everything is fine. There was no such problem before.
