How to fix SSL certificate verification error in git?

I'm trying to run this command but I get an error, how can I fix it?

git clone -b msvc --recursive https://github.com/kornelski/pngquant.git

fatal: unable to access 'https://github.com/kornelski/pngquant.git/': SSL certificate problem: self signed certificate in certificate chain
