Why is the site being pinged with the old IP?

I re-created the droplet, after that I wrote down the domain with a new IP, but I can’t enter by name. I checked it on 2ip, it shows the old IP address, what to do, how to transfer it to a new one?

If everything is done correctly, then you have to wait.
DNS records have a "time to live" and may be cached.
