Why is the server on the google cloud platform giving data with a delay?
There is a server on the google cloud platform, with a ping of 50ms, the problem is that it gives pictures of 10kb in size, about 800-900ms.
Please tell me how to improve the performance? Or does the server itself spend this time on some kind of initialization and nothing can be changed?

If the server does not fall asleep, it should give it back quickly, otherwise nginx is our everything to return static
