Why is the second memory channel not working?

The second memory channel did not work for me on my mother, it does not start when a DDR4 bar is inserted there. I bought a ddr4 tester to check it out. And this is what he shows. I don’t understand, judging by the video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6kjvXKa8r8E all the lights should be on except for 10. I have exactly the same tester as in the video. And in all 4 slots, 9 lights are on, and the first two slots work and everything is fine with them. What does this mean, I do not understand this should not be.

At least it’s just for me to roughly figure out what to throw away the mother in general or the socket legs are bent, and here the tester shows some kind of nonsense.

If it matters, then the mother is asus b365m-a, there is a different memory, no one in the second channel works. Bios flashed with a programmer from the site. Previously, ql2x stood on the mother and it was the same with him, I thought because of him, but now I bought the usual percentage and the same garbage.
