Why is the same group mentioned twice in the folder access settings?

In the list of permissions to access the folder, one user group is listed twice, what is the situation, and why is that?
Here is a real-life example:

The Administrators group
is mentioned twice. The SYSTEM group is mentioned twice .

Because it applies to different objects ("Only for this folder", "Only for this folder, subfolders and files", etc.)
Double click on the permission and see what the rights apply to for this user.
