Is it real - domain controller + NFS + windows and unix authorization?

Newbie don't shout too much.
It is necessary to mean:
- A domain controller on Debian
- A separate file server on Debian (NFS) (distribution of rights to balls through a domain controller)
- Authorization of users through a domain controller working under windows and under unix.
Where to dig? What link to use?

If smb is suitable instead of nfs - samba4 on all 3 points

Very briefly, just for the "dig" direction:
1. OpenLDAP on debian/ubuntu/any linux as an ldap database store (like a domain controller).
2. On all client Linux/Unix machines enable support for authorization/authentication via ldap.
3. Run the Samba server, both Windows and Unix/Linux can use CIFS.

samba4 almost completely covers the functionality of AD.
