Why is the required monitor resolution not available (windows 10)?

I installed the top ten, at first there was a choice of only two resolutions 800x600 and 1024x768. I only have a processor with an integrated graphics card (AMD), installed the drivers, a couple more resolution options appeared. All these permissions are blood from the eyes. My monitor is 1366x768, on windows 7 I can choose this resolution, but not in the top ten. Help!

try this program , allows you to edit the list of permissions directly in the monitor
