Why is the red light on in the LAN cable connector?

Good day, I recently switched to a more powerful Internet tariff. They sent me another router, after connecting it and logging into the Internet on my computer, I noticed that 2 lights are on where the LAN cable is inserted. The top one is red and the bottom one is orange. Tell me is it good or bad? Previously, the top light was green. Maybe you need to do something in the settings of the router? Or is it normal for it to burn like that? After all, the Internet works, but even then I noticed that it freezes often and it seems to me that it has become even worse than it was, although I switched to a more powerful one. So I'm thinking it might have something to do with the lights?

Please tell me what to do, what to do.

Depends on the specific network card, but maybe red - 1Gb connection, green - 100Mbps
