Why is the recorder not connecting?

Good afternoon, there is a Chinese ip registrar, it has a p2p function. So, when connecting via p2p, the program shows that such a device is not on the network. Well, if it connects with any other program to it, it generally writes that "waiting to connect to the device has been exceeded." Connecting through the browser works with a bang.
I'm uploading screenshots, maybe someone can help with this matter.

Judging by the interface, you need to use the GooLink client (now it is not on GooglePlay, look for apk, it is in the AppStore). Or AEeye. What client are you using?
Update firmware to latest.
On the screenshots, I noticed that the RTSP port is not registered. The default is 554. Although RTSP is cut out in some firmwares.
Throw off the screen Network Parameters - Management Platform.
And specify the firmware version.

This manufacturer has never had p2p outside of China.
