Why is the program not removed? Removed Photoshop, but it is not visible in the control panel or the uninstaller (eg Uninstall Tool), but it is!

You deleted PS, and now you wonder why it is not visible in "programs and components"?
In general, you should not stupidly delete the program folder (as apparently you did), you need to uninstall the program.
To remove other debris from it.
See what's going on here, PS not only in Program Files.
I use a simple program CCleaner, simple and quickly copes with its task, uninstalled the program, cleaned the registry, looked at the auto-timer.
