Why is the processor not unlocking the potential of an SSD?

Good evening.
I have a g4560 processor, and instead of a hard drive there is an SSD (256 GB SSD M.2 drive A-Data XPG SX6000), when installing programs (games), the processor is loaded at 100%, and the SSD performance is at 10%, it turns out my processor does not open SSD potential?

Transfer a regular large file to the SSD and you will see that the processor is loaded at 0%, and the SSD is at full.
These percentages show the processor's computation, while the SSD has its read/write. The SSD doesn't compute anything.
This installer of yours loads 100 percent because it unpacks the archive, and unpacking requires computing resources. And the SSD is loaded due to reading this archive, and writing the unpacked files.
