Why is the post not included in the Google index?

A couple of days ago, the site had entries 1,2,3. Then Sai added to Google. Then they were indexed there. But then I deleted them all and added norms of content - about the Galaxy S9. And now it is not indexed, and those records 1,2,3 are still in the index. Sitemap just checked everything is correct there. Only yesterday there were 3-4 results in the index, today there are already 10 (headings have been added, even if they are not in the sitemap)
