Why is the nonpaged pool growing? And how to fix it?

Greetings, there is a laptop Xiaomi mi notebook pro 15.6 2019 model 171501-fe on i5 8250u, 8GB of RAM, 250mx with factory Win 10 home (license in Russian, possibly rolled from Chinese in the store). Almost immediately from the moment of purchase, a bug appeared - in the task manager, as it is used (any tasks, even if it just lies) lead to an infinite growth of the non-paged pool until the RAM runs out, and the laptop starts to lag, reboot helps, several times a day, sometimes every 2 days. If anyone has encountered such a problem, please help, tk. Google advice didn't work. 604b83b628358468586650.jpeg
In the photo, the size of the pool for today was not used much, but by analogy with a computer, more than 300-500mb is no longer the norm. Windows was updated regularly, like everyone else, and there was no result for the year of updates.

Some pre-installed application has a memory leak, it happens, it's a Chinese laptop, all the pieces of iron from there collect telemetry to China, in addition to collecting it in the United States. Remove everything that is superfluous there, you can even try to reinstall the system to a clean one from the Microsoft website (if the version is the same, the license will automatically pick up) and of course the drivers, installing the latest is required, even if you use some driverpack, it's better than nothing.
