Why is the new Google pixel 2 jamming, lags?

New phone, made synchronization with the old defective one.
Any actions, as if the touch screen is stuck, or the percentage is again blazed, in general it sticks, especially noticeable when scrolling.
I also often see a notification that the application is not responding.
There was no such thing on the 1st Google pixel, but there is a defective percentage that overheats from room temperature.
The assistant is disabled, the left accessibility is disabled, it resets the factor and clears the caches of all applications (google, pixel launcher, etc.).
