Mail hosting for a domain?

PDD completely tired me with its sluggishness, then SSL works for them, then mail does not reach, then something else ... Transactional has been going through sparkpost / mg for a long time, but where to host mail for the domain, tell me? My strength is gone :( Google, Yandex, and even more so (God forbid) Soap, do not offer. Is there something specialized like SP / MG but for MX? Thank you.
