Why is the new element not displayed in bitrix:news?

I add a new element - it is not displayed on the site. Displayed only when the site is password protected. In the same section, other elements (previously added) are displayed. All settings are the same for the elements. Why is that? Clear Bitrix cache? Browser?

Updated the cache of Bitrix and browsers - it worked. More precisely in private mode launched.
