Why is the network disconnected when applying settings in Firepower 2110 Threat Defense?

Good day everyone!

Actually a question in a subject.
You change something on the cisco, make a deploy, and after a while the network falls off for everyone who is connected to this cisco.
Has anyone encountered such a problem?
