Why is the network behaving very strangely?

There is a local network. Internet access through kerio. External ip address 77.111.222.5. ISP gateway 77.111.222.1.
But when executing the tracer command

Tracing route to ya.ru [93.158.134.3]
with a maximum number of hops 30:
1 2 ms 11 ms 2 ms control [192.168.1.252]
2 13 ms 5 ms 8 ms 10.22.2.1
3 7 ms 9 ms 7 ms 10.244.11.6
4 4 ms 3 ms 7 ms 188.123.255.34
5 10 ms 4 ms 4 ms 188.123.255.33
6 8 ms 6 ms 6 ms 213.79.104.161
7 6 ms 10 ms 5 ms
213.79.127.21 -eth-trunk17.yndx.net [87.250.239.96]
9 5 ms 4 ms 7 ms ugr-b-c1-ae1.yndx.net [87.250.239.47]
10 6 ms 5 ms 7 ms ya.ru [93.158.134.3 ]

The first hop is clear - this is kerio. But why is the second hop response from the 10 network. I do not have an interface that would look into the 10th network. How can this happen?

@yaror

This is a junction within the provider's network - between the routers of the provider itself.
More or less like this:

@OLS

Then try
ping -r 9 188.123.255.34
