Why is the negative keyword not working in google adwors?

Hello. To display an ad, there is a keyword "normal" (in such quotes it is indicated). The word "pair" was added to the minus of the word (also in these quotes). Purpose: to avoid ad impressions for queries: paranormal, normal couple, normal couple. Question: why is the ad still showing for such queries? What am I doing wrong? Thank you.

Most likely, you did not take into account the fact that Google does not know how to work with word forms and therefore all word forms of each word must be added to the minus.
