Windows 8.1, Update 1. Mouse wheel does not work when clicking in Google Chrome 32-36beta, for example, to open new tabs from search. Everything spins great. It also does not work when clicking on tabs, although it should close them.

Does it only work in chrome? On pressing, the wheel fails much earlier than on scrolling =(
