Why is the monitor flickering (tried a lot ..)?

Brand new computer and monitor (vga connector). Set up personally, no complaints. Took it to another room - there were flickers
- Cables are intact (tried to change)
- Drivers are fresh
- Everything is fine with the PC
- The monitor is new, working, it works on other PCs without problems. Sobsna that can create interference. Or is there some other reason? There are 2 more computers and a couple of phones in the room. There are no microwaves or UPS. The rest of the computers are working fine.
