How to connect two monitors?

I can not connect two monitors, the first monitor is connected via DVI, the second monitor tried to connect via VGA and HDMI in both cases, the monitor is not displayed anywhere either in the monitor resolution or in the device manager.
Video card - GeForce GTX 650 Ti.
Google didn't help.

No need to look in device manager. Should be displayed in "screen resolution". After you have connected the monitor to the video card, make sure that it is turned on and select the correct "input" in it with your hands (via the buttons on the monitor itself).

in the nvidia control panel there is an item: install multiple displays, configure everything there

Judging from the above, you may have a problem at three points:
1. Login on the monitor.
2. Cable.
3. Input on the video card.
