Why is the microphone so quiet?

I bought headphones with a SteelSeries Arctis 1 microphone, and when connected to a discord, and just when recording, a very quiet recording, more precisely, if you don’t wind up 30dB, you can’t hear it at all, and at 30 a wild background starts. Rialtek HD audio driver.
How can this be corrected? it can’t be that the problem is in the microphone and everyone who buys it unscrews the amplification and plays into the microphone
