Hello! I registered a domain for a long time, then I no longer needed it, and I removed type A records from the DNS zone so that it became completely unavailable. Recently, I again needed it and I again wrote type A records to the DNS zone. The next day I try to ping the domain, it writes:

I think domains usually appear quickly in the py zone, but not here.
Then I go to 2ip.ru, I drive in a domain there, everything works fine there, I registered the IP I needed. As a result, it turns out that the domain is visible to everyone, even my neighbor can connect to it. I went to the router, there is a ping function, it also pings it. However, all devices that are part of the local network point-blank do not see this domain. The router has already rebooted and that I just did not do anything with it, nothing helps.
How can this problem be solved?

Offhand - what do you have there as a local resolver? Probably somewhere along the way there is a caching DNS provider that gives out old data. Write Google 8.8.8.8 as a resolver, for example.
