Why is the map not displaying correctly on my phone?

I noticed that on the Street View phone Google maps are displayed incorrectly (the whole map is black and only at the bottom a small corner shows the panorama of the street). The error appeared not only on the site where I use the map, but also on any other site. Here is an example from google. Perhaps this is only on my phone, on the other it seemed to be correct. But is it possible to fix this problem somehow? Has anyone come across something similar?
