Why is the mailing list no longer working?

The essence of the problem is that in the old days (about 5 years ago) by making a mailing to its registered visitors, the site received a huge increase in visits immediately.

Now, although the number of users has increased significantly, there is practically no increase after the distribution. As I believe all this is due to the fight against spam.

A year ago, we set up DNS, SPF, DKIM reverse, checked if the server was on the black lists - and still it didn’t help. Oh, and there's also an unsubscribe link.

But is there any way to make the mailing still work? Or should I try a third party service?

It's not even always blacklisted.
Personally, as an ordinary email user, I have the following problem.
Firstly, I have registered thousands of accounts on thousands of sites on my main email for all the time.
And now spam is coming, and there are so many simple mailings that I even noticed a letter with an invite to Habr only after 3 days. Although there is a good setting, which puts 80% of letters in spam.
And secondly, in my opinion, the mailings are no longer relevant. How many times have I seen mailing lists even from frequently visited sites. And, to be honest, there is no desire to open them and read them. Purely psychological.

Check if letters are delivered to mail.ru and rambler servers. I had a similar problem, it turned out that mail.ru simply did not deliver letters from the ip of my server. They also did not get into spam, although I did not find an IP address in the blacklists.
The problem can be solved once by changing the ip. But if you think about the future, it is better to change the approach to mailing.
I came up with a different scheme... From a complete database of addresses, I form a random new list so that each mailing occurs in a different order than the previous one. I send out 1200 letters per hour with crowns. Every 20 minutes, 400 emails. I inserted the username in the subject line and in the body.
There were no more problems.

Direct link to unsubscribe? Does not require additional authorizations and other nonsense? It is because of this, excuse me, "garbage" that the same professionals.ru and ozone go to spam together. Far from just me.
after mailing, there is practically no increase - So you keep the statistics of reading letters?
Well, the mailing could become trite uninteresting.
