Why is the Linux upwork client so slow?

We are talking about the upwork time tracker. I have been using it for more than six months, the updates are fresh. Arch Manjaro system.
Each action occurs with a delay of 2-3 seconds, including the deployment of the program from the tray.
How can you fix it?

Yes, he is not very smart under Windows either. It's just a web version in a CEF wrapper. The upwork itself is stupid in a terrible way in the browser, in the same way the client is stupid, nothing surprising.
What do you want from developers who get paid 10-12 an hour for developing this site on full stack? Bugs on the main page are repaired for a year and a half. Thank you for making it work :D
