Why is the left side of sites cut off on a 17 inch monitor?

Good afternoon!
Please tell me there is an extra. monitor 17 inches 1280x1024 and now I noticed that sites are cut off at the left edge of pixels by 10. Why is this happening? On the main monitor, when the window size is reduced, everything is fine.

If the connection is analog (D-SUB), then press the "Auto" button on the monitor.

Most likely, it's just that the screen borders are offset on the monitor. See settings.

If the monitor is connected via VGA, then the edge of the image has not been calibrated. Look for auto-tuning on the monitor (sometimes there is a separate AUTO button)
