Why is the item missing in Visual Studio's Authentication Methods?

I do "Create Project" -> "Create ASP.NET Core Web Application", click the "Change Authentication Method" button -> I select the "Work or School User Accounts" radio button and see the options in the list:
- Cloud - one organization
- Cloud - several organizations
According to screenshots from the Internet, there is an opportunity to connect not to their cloud solutions, but to their Active Directory:

I want to know what exactly is the matter: in the version, in something else?

If you need domain authorization, select Windows Authentication.
Upd: Create an ASP.Net project for Net Framework, not Core.
