Hello, I have a question. I need an online consultant with a database. We have a mobile application from which customers can ask questions. You need to create applications for the operator on the web or desktop. We thought about SignalR, but since the chat participants are not on the same platform, it would not be correct to use this library. What advice can you give

ps working on a "clean" socket, I think that you will have to cut even more with a jigsaw. the question is rather what do you already have on the server side? Or what skills are deeper? if C# + ASP.Net, then SignalR would be a reasonable choice
