Why is the HP J9449A switch not pinging?

There is a medium-sized network, which includes HP and DLink switches of various versions. Raised Zabbix (5.4.4) on Ubuntu 20 to monitor this zoo. Everything is successfully monitored, data is taken via SNMP, pinged, except for one device model, namely the HP J9449A.

How everything happens. Devices can successfully ping for some time (1-5 hours), then stop pinging from Zabbix server. At the same time, I can go to this (these, I will continue to talk about one device) switch, ping other devices on the network from it, except for the zabbix server - it does not respond. After some time, the device starts to ping (5-25 minutes) with Zabbix

What was done:
- Updated the firmware to the latest 2.24
- After the update, the settings were reset and reconfigured
- Disabled Advanced Security, Auto DoS
- Polling rate reduced to 1 minute in zabbix (two packets in 2 seconds)

Updated on 11/02/2021
Situation: The node does not ping (any of the switches) from the Zabbix server, after that arping from the server - feedback is , then again ping - the result is positive.
Before the "loss" of pings, the table of mac addresses of the switch contains the address of the Zabbix server, and on the server it permanently assigned the mac and ip of the switches.

If HP J9449 is able to remove the dump (if not, put something in the cut that can). Look whether icmp requests come to it and whether answers leave.
