Why is the goal not firing in Analytics?

Colleagues, again I can not figure out the goal setting. The module for Joomla SimpleCallback is used. It has a field for entering a tracking code. In Metrica, the goal works, but not in Analytics.

There was such a problem, somehow I decided now I don’t remember, but the point is different. Goals now need to be set not through GA directly, but through GTM. Then it is convenient to associate them with AdWords and work ok. Prada there, too, need about a day to check.
