How to send an event to a specific view in Google Analytics?

Hello.
It so happened that in Google Analytics there are many views in one account. And it turns out that I see the event in the view 'View2', but I need it in 'View4'. GTM has a tag that sends an event. This event specifies a 'Tracking ID', but these views have the same Tracking ID.
I tried to use custom filters. For 'View2' created a filter 'exclude' and events are not displayed in 'Real time'.
For 'View4' I created a 'enable' filter, but I don't see events in 'Real time'.
Maybe someone can tell me how to send an event from GTM to the correct view?
