Why can there be a difference in Google Analytics bounce rate and Y.Metrica?

On the resource in Yandex Metrica, the bounce rate is ~ 20% in Google Analytics > 70%. Where could such a difference come from? It is clear that they think differently whether there is a setting somewhere in the analytics, I dug in the help and did not find

If the user has viewed only one page of the site, then the Google Analytics counter will count such a visit as a “bounce” . To reduce the value of the bounce rate in the analytics panel by taking into account such visitors, there are special script codes.
