Why is the frequency of RAM 1600 and not 3200?
Decided to build myself a new computer. I decided on the processor, I took the ryzen 5 3600. I read that this processor needs high-frequency memory, I took the kingston for 16 GB 3200 MHz, the BIOS did not start. Okay, I took a micron for 3200 16GB from a friend, with timings 22-22-22. The bios is now up and running. Urya! I went to check the RAM, and did not see the frequency of 3200 there, only 1600. What is the problem, what did I do wrong, or should it be so (but I'm not sure if this is the norm)?
Also, 1 memory stick. I thought that it might be necessary to somehow set the single-channel mode, and therefore the frequency is 2 times less. In this matter, I'm not very good, I will be glad to any advice)

This is DDR memory, Double Data Rate. The real clock frequency is 1600 MHz, but for each clock there are two transmissions, we get an effective 3200
