In 1C Retail 8, I connect "1C: Fiscal registrar (emulator)", after creating I click "Configure", 1C writes that there is no driver on the computer, offers to install. I agree, it says that the driver was successfully installed, after that nothing changes. I again press the configure button, it says that there is no driver, and offers to install it.
Tried to run 1C as Administrator, thick and thin client. Reloaded 1C.
The client version is 32 bit. 8.3.10, when I was 64, I wrote an error installing the driver.
Base file, locally on this computer.
How can you diagnose what is happening, is something being installed in Windows? Why does 1C not find the driver after installation, although it says that it was installed without errors?

In general, it turned out that the installation of the driver in the Windows system must occur on behalf of the administrator. But working with the driver is possible only when it is not run as an administrator.
