Why is the file path not found?

After taking a photo with this example, I get an error

"[0:] Could not find a part of the path "/storage/sdcard/DCIM/Camera/photo_f6bb39d1-66f8-4116-aec1-8cbbe820a62e.jpg".:

using VS 2019

In general, a day later the problem was solved, although I don’t know why, I just put part of the past code that didn’t work into another non-working code ....., then I launched the emulator for the n-th time and it worked.
I cannot give an explanation for this.
