Updated Sony Xperia Active firmware to Android 4. An unpleasant feature has appeared - a panel for refusing an incoming call via SMS leaves from below. It turned out to be extremely inconvenient - while the phone gets out of the pocket - it happens that the SMS with the refusal is already gone.

A search through the settings shows that you can only change the disclaimer text. How to disable - did not find.
I would like to know if there is a way to turn it off?

The phone application seems to be stock. I do not know exactly. As an option, the solution is to install, for example, CM9 or CM10 (I like the dialer in it) Or just put the dialer like it's enough to replace Phone.apk. But I still think the contacts need to be changed.
