Should I buy HTC HD2 now?
I want to buy a used HTC HD2 for 5-6 thousand rubles. Do you think it's worth it?
Are there any alternatives if you take a used one up to 10 thousand rubles?
The main purchase criteria:
1) The screen is not from the Amoled family
2) To be able to install MIUI
3) Fresh and stable Android
Nexus S fits these criteria, but in terms of hardware it is almost a complete analogue of HD2, but costs 3-4 thousand more.

Excuse me for being a little off topic, but I would take such a phone for such and such a price without question. Among other phones, it is special for me: a lot of firmware and not only on Android, and it is still “alive”.
For 5-6 you will take completely dead, or not T-Mobile
At the HD2 itself, it suits completely, 4.0.4 flies.
How does Windows Phone 7 feel on it?
And will it have Windows Phone 8?
Of course, the phone is credited, no words. But what about general iron fatigue? Constantly replace failing components? I understand that the device is actually reliable, but what if? Maybe it makes sense to look towards inexpensive Chinese smartphones? They don’t seem to complain about reliability, and in terms of characteristics, good specimens come across, in some places even on an IPS matrix.
Well, either the already announced TS Nexus from abroad, I think, will be cheaper.
I would take it without hesitation. The hardware is quite powerful, the user base is huge, so a lot of firmware and all the new items are available. Do not listen to garbage about "iron fatigue", what kind of nonsense is that? The phone has been sold in America since the middle of 2010 - is it already such an antiquity that it will crumble from old age?
