Why is the extension manager not included in brackets?

When I tried to set up Live Preview, I rebooted with extensions. As a result, the extension manager became inactive altogether. By the way, Live Preview also failed to turn on. A folder with files is open in the directory.

Reboot again, restart the computer, if it does not help reinstall Brackets, and install extensions in it only when absolutely necessary - if you are sure that you really need it. It is a very good editor, but it's "bad" in itself, you don't need to "litter" it with plugins
