I didn’t use it myself, but in theory there is a browserify-brunch that has an instanceOptions parameter, into which you can pass the necessary transformations for browserify. But the project can hardly be called alive, which in general is not surprising - the very idea of \u200b\u200battaching browserify to brunch is rather strange, the author of this package wrote in the description:
