How can I make the content block scroll along the x axis, the main scroll - the problem is that in the content block there is a message and how the scroll should always be at the bottom (in simple language, as it is done in messages on Vkontakte), how can this be implemented ?

Fix the top bar on top, the bottom one on the bottom, the side bars are identical, in this case the content will scroll if necessary (if there is enough content)
