Why is the entry of the graph in the form of a list under option A invalid?

List B is the only one that does not contain a violation of the sequence order.
In option A, "Have breakfast" goes before "Brush your teeth", while "Wake up" before "Take a shower" is an obvious jamb.
Similarly, in C, "Take a shower" goes before "Wake up," but "Brush your teeth" goes before "Eat breakfast."
