Why is the encrypted file being read by others?

Good afternoon!
Here I encrypted the file using Windows.
600023d1af6ee251426518.png
If this file is copied to a USB flash drive and opened on another computer, then nothing will work, i.e. everything is ok here.
But if I transfer this file via Skype or copy it via RDP, for example, then it is read!

1. Maybe I don’t understand something, but does this kind of protection really mean that the attacker will stick his flash drive into the computer (Thank God, at least not a floppy disk ..
) access to it, but what if the file is simply copied - it turns out he can read it too?

This option only protects if I got your hard drive and try to read its sectors directly - bypassing the OS and its access rights. Unencrypted data will be there in plain text.

Because the file system is decrypted while you are logged in and at the computer? Otherwise, it would be logical if you entered the password each time to access the file.
