Why is the display different in Unity and on an Android device?

I started learning Unity from video tutorials and decided to launch a project in physics. device (in genymotion also launched), but the display did not match with Unity. What could be the problem?

Canvas (on which text) > Inspector > Canvas Scaler > UI Scale Mode - change Constant Pixel Size (default) to Scale With Screen Size
